Compensation Pay Range: $16.90 -$57.70 per hour (estimated total compensation including commissions) Employees in this position are primarily compensated through commissions; however, they will also receive the applicable minimum wage for non-sales work and paid rest periods. Commission amounts vary based on individual performance. Expected annual earnings for this position typically range from approximately $35,152 to $120,000. We have ongoing training for our staff, including training from the manufacturer, new product on-line training, and job specific training by our in-house trainer. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Be the expert. Know the in's & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology. Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles. Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business. Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. What we are looking for: Automotive sales experience required Valid Driver's license Available to work flexible hours & weekends Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in's & out's Fantastic communication skills with your customers Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
