Counselor (MSW, LSW, or MFT), PRN

Location: 3413 S Wallick Rd, Peru, IN 46970 Title: PRN Therapist / Counselor for Substance Use Disorder Treatment Center (LSW, MSW, or MFT) Responsibilities Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, ensuring effective communication. Conduct timely assessments and balance workload among therapists. Apply appropriate therapeutic theory and consider cultural factors for group activities. Document patient responses regularly and formulate treatment programs aligned with orders. Actively participate in treatment planning and provide effective therapy procedures. Ensure accurate paperwork completion and demonstrate crisis intervention skills when needed. Maintain constant communication with physicians, families, and referral sources. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in social work or counseling with an LSW and documented experience in group therapy setting. Or Master’s degree in social work or counseling. Must be 21 years or older. BSW with LSW, LISW, MSW, or MFT required. Current unencumbered clinical license per state of practice guidelines.
