At Vered Healthcare Group we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Nurse to join our dynamic team in the skilled nursing sector. This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the highest standards of care across our facilities in the Florida market.

Regional Nurse Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for clinical operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations and quality standards.

- Lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams to enhance their performance and deliver exceptional patient care.

- Conduct regular facility visits to monitor compliance, assess care quality, and provide support to clinical staff.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement best practices and improve patient outcomes.

- Facilitate training and development programs for clinical staff to ensure continued education and professional growth.

- Manage clinical budget and resources effectively to optimize operational efficiency.

Regional Nurse Requirements:

- Must reside in Florida

- Current RN license in the state of Florida, Mulit state or Compact preferred

-Current CPR

- Proven experience in clinical management within skilled nursing or similar healthcare settings.

- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in skilled nursing.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel 100% within the market to support our facilities.
