Mobility Specialist - Stretch Therapist

What You’ll Do: Provide customized assisted stretching sessions based on each client’s goals and needs Help clients improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall movement quality Educate clients on the importance of mobility, stretching, and healthy movement habits Build strong relationships with members and create an exceptional client experience Conduct client assessments and recommend personalized mobility solutions Guide clients through membership options and wellness programs that support their goals Follow up with clients to help them stay consistent and successful with their mobility journey Support studio growth through referrals, community engagement, and a positive member experience We are looking for someone who: Has a background in personal training, fitness, massage therapy, physical therapy assistance, athletic training, yoga, pilates, kinesiology, or movement‑based disciplines Enjoys working one‑on‑one with clients Is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others Has strong communication skills and enjoys connecting with people Is comfortable having wellness conversations and recommending services that benefit clients Is reliable, professional, and eager to learn Sales experience is a plus, but we are looking for people who believe in the value of what we do.
