We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 annually, alongside a supportive work environment that fosters creativity and professional growth in the culinary arts. Responsibilities Develop and create new pastry recipes that align with our restaurant's vision Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen Ensure all pastries are prepared to the highest quality standards Manage inventory and ordering of pastry supplies Collaborate with the culinary team to integrate desserts into the overall menu Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen Train and mentor junior pastry staff Stay updated on pastry trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred Passion for pastry and culinary arts Basic knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation Strong attention to detail and creativity in dessert presentation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic kitchen setting Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
