Position: Customer Relationship Banker
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Job Type: Full-time Job Summary
Seeking a customer-focused Personal Banker to develop client relationships, identify financial needs, and recommend appropriate banking products and services while supporting branch operations.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and grow assigned portfolios.
- Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell banking products and services.
- Generate business through referrals, prospecting, and outbound calls.
- Assist customers with deposit accounts, consumer loans, IRAs, and related services.
- Provide personalized service and timely customer follow-up.
- Support branch opening/closing and daily operational activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow CIP and bank procedures.
- Refer mortgage and investment opportunities to appropriate specialists.
- Participate in sales meetings and community events.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related degree preferred.
- 2+ years of banking or relevant sales experience.
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and financial concepts.
- Proficiency with standard desktop/office technology.
- NMLS registration or willingness to obtain registration may be required.
