Food Production Labor Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $15.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)
Job Details: 30-minute unpaid lunch and one 15-minute paid break. Average lifting is 25 lbs., with occasional repetitive lifting up to 60 lbs.
Job Duties: Inspect cucumbers on the production line for quality, remove damaged products, label pails, shake buckets to settle product, and stack filled pails onto pallets. This is a fast-paced production role that requires standing for extended periods and repetitive lifting throughout the shift.
Food Production Labor Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs on a repetitive basis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow quality and safety standards.
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
