Location: Lexington, NC
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Occasional Saturdays required during peak/busy season)
Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and experienced High Reach / Cherry Picker Operator to join our 1st shift warehouse team in Lexington, NC. In this role, you will safely operate high-reach equipment to pick, stage, and store inventory in a clean, climate-controlled facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate high-reach cherry pickers and order selectors to retrieve or store goods at elevated levels.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Inspect equipment before use and adhere strictly to all OSHA and facility safety protocols.
- Assist with receiving, loading, unloading, and inventory counts as needed.
- Keep work areas and aisles clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience operating a high-reach cherry picker / order picker.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to comfortably work at heights, lift up to 50 lbs periodically, and stand/walk throughout a full shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and willingness to work overtime/Saturdays when workload demands.
- Skills: High attention to detail, basic math, and RF scanner experience preferred.
