Are you a recent graduate looking to gain professional experience without committing to a full-time grind? Or perhaps youre a student looking for the perfect weekend side-hustle? We are looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our team one day a week.
The Details
Schedule: Every Saturday

Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay: Hourly Rate, $18–$20/hour

Location: Insert Neighborhood/City

What You’ll Be Doing
As the face of our office on Saturdays, you’ll keep things running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
Front Desk Excellence: Greeting visitors with a smile and directing them as needed.

Communication: Managing the Saturday phone lines and responding to general email inquiries.

Organization: Filing, scanning documents, and keeping the reception area tidy.

Support: Assisting with light data entry and prepping materials for the upcoming week.

Who You Are
New Graduates Welcome: No extensive "corporate history" required—we value energy and a willingness to learn.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and basic email etiquette.

Reliable: Since this is a one-day-a-week role, being punctual and dependable is your superpower.

Great Communicator: You’re comfortable talking to people and can keep a cool head if things get busy.
