Responsibilities

Perform exceptional blowouts and finishing services

Create beautiful braids, updos, and special occasion styles

Provide makeup services or be willing to learn

Consult with guests regarding their beauty goals and preferences

Recommend products, memberships, and service enhancements

Deliver outstanding customer service that builds guest loyalty

Maintain a clean, organized, professional workstation

Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities

Requirements

Current Ohio Cosmetology License OR Ohio State Board Work Permit while awaiting exam date or results

Weekend availability (Saturday required; Sunday and Friday availability preferred)

Flexibility to work peak beauty hours, including Thursdays through Saturdays

Passion for beauty, customer service, and personal growth

Salon experience is a plus but not required

New Graduates Encouraged to Apply

No blowout, braiding, extension, bridal, or makeup experience?

No problem.

We provide paid training and hands-on coaching to help you build confidence and master Blo's signature services. Recent cosmetology school graduates are encouraged to apply.
