Non-Clinical Consultant

Our On-Demand Talent Solutions team is excited to announce that we're hiring a Non-Clinical Consultant to work for our client who is a venture-backed biotechnology company pioneering next-generation multifunctional biologics for complex diseases. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about addressing complex biological pathways and significant unmet medical needs. Summary: The Non-Clinical Consultant will need deep expertise in non-clinical development and toxicology, specifically with direct experience supporting peptide and/or antibody programs in the cardiometabolic space. Responsibilities Manage non-clinical development activities, including oversight of CRO partners and coordination of related functions. Develop and execute nonclinical development strategies for biologic therapeutic programs. Provide scientific oversight of pharmacology and toxicology. Manage and collaborate with CROs and external scientific partners. Interpret nonclinical data and communicate findings to internal stakeholders and leadership. Support regulatory submissions, including preparation of nonclinical sections for INDs and health authority interactions. Partner cross-functionally with discovery, CMC, clinical, and regulatory teams to advance programs efficiently. Qualifications Director level non-clinical development and toxicology experience. Experience with entire non-clinical program from strategy to execution. Direct, hands-on experience managing non-human primate (NHP) studies. Operational involvement in study execution and CRO management. Strong background supporting peptide and/or antibody programs, preferably within cardiometabolic indications.
