Overview
Aerotek is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for projects including site preparation, grading, and utility work. This is a full-time, steady opportunity supporting commercial construction projects in the Brockton, MA area.
Responsibilities
- Operate large excavators, front-end loaders, and large dozers
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and grading work
- Support underground utility installation projects (sewer, water, drainage)
- Read and follow project plans and site instructions
- Follow all safety standards and perform basic equipment inspections
Requirements
- 2A/1C Hoisting License (REQUIRED)
- 3+ years of heavy equipment operating experience
- Experience with underground utilities (sewer, water, drainage)
- Experience with site work and grading projects preferred
- Ability to work outdoors on active construction job sites
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Weymouth, MA.
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
