Lead Counsel, Labor & Employment (In-House) (New York)

Beast Industries is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Labor & Employment to serve as the company’s lead legal advisor on employment matters, partnering with human resources and business leaders to help the company scale responsibly.

This role owns employment strategy, counsels on workforce planning, investigations, and regulatory compliance across wage and hour, leave, and equal employment opportunity responsibilities.
