Speech Language Pathologist Assistant
Location: Fairbanks, AK
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00am–6:30pm
Pay: $35–$40 per hour

TDL Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join a dedicated healthcare team in Fairbanks. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to help implement individualized treatment plans, conduct screenings, complete progress notes, and support patients and their families with tools and guidance for success.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients achieve their communication goals and bring strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to the role. Excellent organizational and documentation abilities, along with familiarity with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office, will contribute to success in this position.

Minimum Requirements / Experience Needed:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Alaska state licensure (or eligibility)
• Pediatrics experience preferred
• Willing to train a new graduate
• State and Federal background testing is a part of the hiring process required for this position
