Hospitalist Nights

Hartford Healthcare seeks a Night Hospitalist to provide high-quality inpatient care across our Connecticut hospital network. In this role, you will manage adult hospitalized patients overnight, including admissions, cross-coverage, and coordination of care with specialists, nurses, and ancillary staff. Responsibilities include performing histories and physicals, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and leading rapid responses in collaboration with ICU teams. You will document in the EMR, ensure safe handoffs to daytime teams, and support quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives within a collaborative, innovative culture.
