This vacancy has arisen due to an internal transfer, creating an opportunity for a motivated and technically capable professional to take ownership of a high-profile commercial asset portfolio including Dumas Precinct, Barracks Arch and Albert Facey House. In this role, you'll provide senior engineering operational leadership and support across building operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, compliance, and sustainability outcomes. You'll lead a dedicated site operations team while working collaboratively with Property Managers, Account Directors, and broader building teams to deliver best-in-class property management. Your practical, solutions-focused approach will be essential as you drive continuous improvement, manage stakeholder relationships, and champion operational performance across this significant commercial precinct.Key Responsibilities include:Lead and manage the site operations team across the precinct assets, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performanceOversee day-to-day building operations, engineering services, compliance and maintenance activities to ensure seamless facility managementManage operational issues, drive process improvements, and support risk mitigation initiatives that enhance safety and efficiencyProvide technical support to the Property Manager, Account Director, and broader building teams across all operational mattersAssist with the development and implementation of asset strategies, operational budgets, and capital investment plans aligned with client objectivesLiaise with consultants and contractors to support sustainability initiatives including NABERS and Green Star performance objectivesEnsure all building systems, essential services, and operational platforms are maintained and operating effectively at all timesManage procurement and service contracts in accordance with State Government guidelines and JLL standardsDeliver accurate and timely operational reporting to clients and senior management, demonstrating transparency and accountabilitySounds like you?
