Our organization is currently seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our Department of Otolaryngology. We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic about teaching and thrives in a collaborative, faith-oriented setting.

We invite applications for two fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologists to fill positions at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Our department is currently staffed with two Board-certified, fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologists who manage all facets of Pediatric Otolaryngology.

Position Requirements:

  1. MD or DO in Otolaryngology/HNS, with Board certification or eligibility.
  2. Possession of a California Medical License or eligibility to obtain one.
  3. Authorization to work in the United States.
  4. Completion of a Pediatric Otolaryngology fellowship prior to starting the position.

Our practice is bustling, comprising 21 physicians and 7 Advanced Practice providers, along with 19 ENT residents in training. The Pediatric ENT and Audiology office is conveniently situated within a mile of our main campus, and our team also sees patients at various satellite clinics.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated total annual compensation ranges from $350,000 to $550,000.

This compensation range includes variable components and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is subject to adjustment based on experience and faculty rank, is expected to be between $280,000 and $420,000. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
