Dental Hygienist

Role Dental Hygienist Responsibilities Provide exceptional patient care, perform dental hygiene procedures, screen patients, document medical histories, and support overall dental health maintenance. Utilize digital tools and advanced technology such as Velscope, Diagnodent, and digital x-rays. Maintain compliance with safety standards, including TB testing. Participate in continuing education and mentorship programs to enhance clinical skills. Qualifications & Skills Current dental hygienist license and required degrees Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical documentation CPR certification Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 45 pounds and prolonged sitting/standing Desire to learn and grow clinically, with experience or interest in digital systems and preventative care Key Duties Deliver high-quality patient care, support community health, participate in mentorship and ongoing education, and ensure compliance with safety and health standards.
