Fruitport, MI, 3rd Shift, $18.00+ per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Powdercoat Painters to join a leading manufacturer of steel laboratory and office furniture in Fruitport, MI. This position is ideal for dependable individuals with previous powder coating experience who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in producing high-quality finished products.

What You'll Be Doing

• Apply powder coating to a variety of steel products using proper spray techniques.
• Ensure consistent coverage and quality throughout the paint line process.
• Inspect finished products to verify they meet quality standards.
• Maintain production goals while working safely and efficiently.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively with the paint line team.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Previous powder coating experience is required.
• Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to consistently meet production standards and quality expectations.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team-based environment.
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 75 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
