What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care to patients across various surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams to develop anesthesia plans
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic accordingly
• Ensure safety and comfort of patients during perioperative phases
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient responses
• Follow all relevant policies, standards, and regulations
• Assist in post-anesthesia care as needed

What You Need

• Ohio RN license and CRNA certification
• Prior experience as a CRNA
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent patient care skills and clinical judgment

• Experience working in a hospital or surgical center setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
