Registered Respiratory Therapist ( RRT )

in Indianapolis

As an RRT, you will:

Monitor and assess patient respiratory status and adjust treatments accordingly
Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient progress and treatment accurately and timely manner
Educate families on respiratory care and equipment usage
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols

A few must-haves for RRTs

Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensed within the state of Indiana
2 years of recent experience, with 18 months of ICU specific experience as required by the facility
Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team
Must be able to remain calm under pressure
Proficient in Airway management, Medication administration, Vent management, ABGs, 02 Therapy, Suction, Pulmonary toileting, Nebulizer, BiPAP, CPAP
Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility
