Registered Respiratory Therapist ( RRT )
in Indianapolis

As an RRT, you will:
- Monitor and assess patient respiratory status and adjust treatments accordingly
- Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress and treatment accurately and timely manner
- Educate families on respiratory care and equipment usage
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
A few must-haves for RRTs
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensed within the state of Indiana
- 2 years of recent experience, with 18 months of ICU specific experience as required by the facility
- Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team
- Must be able to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in Airway management, Medication administration, Vent management, ABGs, 02 Therapy, Suction, Pulmonary toileting, Nebulizer, BiPAP, CPAP
- Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility
