Loan Officer - Bilingual

We are looking for someone who is bilingual who wants to build a career in the mortgage industry with Tulsa’s best mortgage team. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter who has the ability to work well within a group setting. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys goal-setting, building relationships with clients and referral partners, and someone detailed who enjoys both the sales aspect of our industry as well as the finance side. No experience required we will train the right person. This is a commission sales position. Ability to interact effectively with employees in order to directly influence work flow and performance according to assigned duties Must be a proficient communicator and listener, as well as strong organizational skills. Needs to have excellent relationship-building skills. Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes. Our people make the difference, and we put relationships first. Self-starter, ability to work independently Competence with computer-based word processing, spreadsheet and cloud-based document storage programs such as Google Drive, Dropbox or Box. Competence with e-signature programs like Adobe Sign or DocuSign. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & under pressure as needed. The ability to make sound decisions.
