We are seeking a part-time Medical Assistant to join our small GYN team. The role focuses on supporting routine check-ups and clinical operations in a busy office setting. Ideal candidates will bring strong clinical support skills and patient communication capabilities, with phlebotomy experience considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient intake and gather medical histories
- Perform phlebotomy and collect specimens accurately
- Monitor vital signs to assess patient health
- Provide clinical support during examinations
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in medical assisting
- Phlebotomy proficiency
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care
- Strong communication and time management skills
