Full-Time Dental Hygienist Job Description (SIGN ON BONUS)

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | Full-Time

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate is passionate about oral health, provides exceptional patient care, and works well in a collaborative environment. This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule, offering great work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings and preventative hygiene services
• Take digital X-rays and assist with diagnostic procedures
• Conduct periodontal charting and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Identify signs of oral disease and communicate findings to the dentist
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Ensure treatment rooms and instruments are properly sterilized and prepared
• Provide a comfortable and positive experience for patients of all ages

Qualifications:

• Active Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• CPR certification preferred/current
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality patient care
• Experience with digital charting and dental software preferred
• Team-oriented attitude with a compassionate approach to patient care
