Manager, Operations & Field Supply Support Salary Range $70,000-$90,000 Overview We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Manager, Operations & Field Supply Support to help drive execution across key initiatives within the McDonald’s U.S. system. This role sits at the intersection of operations, supply chain, equipment, and product deployment, playing a critical part in ensuring successful implementation of new products, processes, and cost‑saving initiatives. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams, suppliers, and restaurant operators to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance overall system performance. What You’ll Do Drive Operational Excellence & Strategy Lead and support field supply service initiatives, including operations supply, equipment deployment, and yield studies Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify and execute cost‑saving opportunities Support category development, including testing new products and equipment Identify and root‑cause risks across logistics, operations procedures, restaurant costs, and production Lead Testing, Deployment & Continuous Improvement Design and execute restaurant‑based testing strategies for new procedures and equipment Develop training tools and materials to support testing and system rollout Conduct end‑to‑end assessments of equipment and procedures to validate effectiveness Analyze performance data to identify variation, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Own Yield Studies & Data Insights Lead system‑wide yield studies, partnering with culinary and operations teams Collect and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data (e.g., servings per unit, waste) Translate findings into actionable recommendations that support large‑scale product deployment Engage Suppliers & Stakeholders Collaborate with suppliers to develop new equipment solutions and improve existing processes Communicate effectively with internal leaders (including Director‑level stakeholders), suppliers, and franchisees Navigate governance processes to successfully advance and execute initiatives Remove operational roadblocks and enhance system‑wide efficiency You’ll Thrive Here If You Enjoy working at the intersection of operations, supply chain, and innovation Are a problem‑solver who can quickly identify root causes and implement practical solutions Thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment with multiple priorities Are highly analytical and love turning data into actionable insights Can confidently communicate and influence across all levels, including senior leadership and external partners Are both strategic and hands‑on, comfortable moving from big‑picture thinking to field execution Take ownership and are driven to deliver measurable results Excel at collaboration, building strong relationships across teams, suppliers, and franchisees Are passionate about continuous improvement and finding better ways to work What You Bring Bachelor’s degree preferred 7+ years of experience in restaurant operations, equipment, field service, or related areas Background in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry (management and/or technology strongly preferred) Experience with procedure development or equipment deployment (preferred) Knowledge of supply chain logistics (a plus) Previous people management experience (a plus) Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Core Competencies Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving Attention to Detail Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Continuous Improvement Mindset Customer Focus Multi‑Tasking & Prioritization Project Management Results Orientation ADA Requirements Ability to lift 10–50 lbs Ability to stand/walk for extended periods Occasional exposure to temperature and humidity changes Equal Employment Opportunity Statement McClement is an equal opportunity employer.
