Compensation Benefits

Pay: $40,000 - $60,000 (Base + Commission)

Commission bonus opportunities based on performance

Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule

Insurance licensing (Property Casualty) preferred, or willingness to complete required licensing (Licensing support is available; required licenses must be obtained within 30 days of hire)

No. This position offers an hourly base pay plus commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Producer, you’ll focus on growing the agency by:

Proactively identifying and contacting prospective clients

Quoting, presenting, and selling insurance products tailored to client needs

Building strong relationships that lead to long-term client retention

Following up on leads and referrals in a timely and professional manner

Cross-selling and upselling additional coverage when appropriate

Maintaining accurate documentation of sales activity and client interactions

Staying current on insurance products, pricing, and underwriting guidelines

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to earn commissions and bonuses

Ability to build trust and rapport quickly

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing follow-ups

Positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment

Insurance experience is a plus, but not required—training is provided.
