Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
• Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test
• Previous experience in Stepdown or Cardiac Stepdown nursing preferred
• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess cardiac patients transitioning from critical care
• Administer medications and respond to complex cardiac events
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to care teams and families
