Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. * Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, providing accurate updates during mid-day and evening shift handoffs. * Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care during the 3:00pm-3:00am shift. * Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, and assess and coordinate the patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. What minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: * BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. * Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. * Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: * Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire. What additional preferences we're seeking * One year emergency room RN experience or three years ICU RN experience.
