• Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring accuracy in records and transactions
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages appropriately
• Provide information about services, policies, amenities, and local area resources as needed
• Handle reservations, schedule changes, and guest requests with attention to detail
• Assist with resolving concerns or issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain an organized front desk area and support office supplies and records management
• Communicate important updates to internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Process payments, receipts, and other routine administrative tasks accurately
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and confidentiality guidelines

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, or administrative support preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
