Clinical Territory Associate

This is a 24+ month developmental sales role supporting Intuitive Surgical's robotic surgery business in Richmond, VA. The Clinical Territory Associate will assist with surgeon training, technical in-services, and territory management while building skills across technical, clinical, and sales functions before advancing to a quota-bearing position.

Responsibilities

• Support sales representatives with surgeon trainings and hospital robotic program development
• Conduct technical in-services for OR staff, surgeons, and other customers
• Promote advanced robotic technology benefits to existing users to support team quotas
• Develop skills in goal setting, territory mapping, and quota attainment for future advancement
• Manage administrative tasks including sales reporting, activity tracking, and expense submissions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of military leadership or outside sales experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in team environments
• Ability to thrive in high-energy, fast-paced settings
