Position Overview

As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of surgical procedures by providing expert perioperative care. Youll collaborate with the surgical team to prepare patients for surgery, maintain a sterile environment, and assist during procedures. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to respond quickly in high-pressure situations will ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare the operating room for procedures by ensuring the availability and sterility of equipment and supplies

Assist surgeons during operations, anticipating their needs and providing instruments and materials promptly

Monitor patients vital signs and condition during surgery, ensuring their safety and stability

Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other team members to provide seamless, patient-centered care

Educate patients and families on preoperative preparation and postoperative care to support recovery

Document all perioperative activities, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately and in compliance with facility protocols
