Property Maintenance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $13.00 to $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:00pm)

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on campground facilities, buildings, cabins, and common areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general property maintenance issues.
• Complete preventative maintenance on equipment, utilities, and park amenities to ensure safe operation.
• Operate maintenance equipment, power tools, lawn equipment as needed.
• Assist with site projects, seasonal setup, grounds maintenance, and improvements throughout the campground.

Property Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Experience with general building maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to maintenance needs.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials.
• Willingness to work weekends and seasonal schedules as needed in a campground environment.
