Required Insurance sales or agency management background (3+ years) Proven track record of driving revenue growth and client retention Leadership experience building and managing teams Preferred Community presence and established business networks Multi-line insurance product knowledge Success in competitive sales environments Your Responsibilities Establish and manage your agency operation and P&L Build and lead your team of licensed professionals Develop growth strategy and expand your client base Build lasting relationships with clients and carriers Own compliance and regulatory oversight Direct marketing and business development initiatives Create a client-focused, professional agency culture Earnings Commission-based with revenue sharing opportunity.
