Quality Control Supervisor

Role Description The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for supervising the quality functions and personnel to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company specifications. Responsibilities Assist and serve as back-up to the Quality Control Manager as directed Interpret quality specifications and communicate to all applicable departments Maintain all pertinent records to adequately monitor quality performance and standards Review customer complaints with plant department to ensure corrective action measures are applied to prevent reoccurrence Supervise ware audits and report findings along with recommended corrective action plans.
