- Conduct thorough biopsychosocial evaluations to identify barriers to care and enhance treatment outcomes. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize both individual and group therapy modalities, ensuring the highest level of psychosocial functioning for patients. \n
- Document social work activities and patient interactions in medical records in accordance with departmental standards and regulatory requirements. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program. \n
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
