About the Position

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Electrophysiology Lab – Florida

Start Date: June 30, 2026

Location: Gainesville, Florida

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day shift, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. No weekends. No call required.

Highlights:

• Work in a 510-bed full-service medical and surgical acute care facility offering comprehensive cardiovascular care
• Specialized focus on electrophysiology procedures including device implants, cardiac ablations (SVT, Afib), and Watchman LAAO procedures
• State-of-the-art equipment including GE Innova X-ray system, Merge and GE MacLab Hemo System
• Team-oriented environment with experienced EP Lab staff (2 RNs and 3 CVTs per shift)
• Electronic documentation using Meditech
• Exceptional work-life balance with no weekend or call requirements

Requirements:

• Active Florida RN license (or eligibility for licensure)
• RCIS or RT(R)(CV) certification required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Demonstrated experience with device implants and cardiac ablations, including SVT and Afib procedures
• Proficiency in electrophysiology lab procedures and patient care
