HR Generalist: Field Services & Benefits Champion
Industrial Electric Manufacturing
IEM, a leader in electrical distribution systems, seeks a Human Resource Generalist to support Field Services operations. This role provides HR services, onboarding, benefits administration, employee records maintenance, HRIS workflow, and compliance across sites. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, Field Services, you will process routine transactions, assist with performance management, and support site badgeing and timekeeping.
