What You Will Accomplish Deliver 98%+ on-time across Ann Arbor, Allen Park, Sterling Heights, and Grosse Pointe Maintain 99.5%+ damage-free, accurate deliveries verified at hand-off Earn consistent positive guest feedback, repeat requests, and appropriate upsells through product knowledge Maintain zero safety or traffic violations and pass vehicle cleanliness and organization checks Hit strong attendance and punctuality targets (e.g., 95%+ on-time starts) Improve route efficiency by 5–10% over time without sacrificing safety What You Will Do Organize and load orders using checklists to protect product quality Deliver orders safely and on time using GPS and routing tools Verify completeness and accuracy before and after delivery to ensure guest satisfaction Follow traffic laws and brand safety standards; report incidents promptly Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and complete pre- and post-shift checks Represent Nothing Bundt Cakes with warmth, professionalism, and guest-first service Communicate product knowledge, promotions, and guest feedback to the bakery team Support light community marketing during deliveries as directed You’ll Thrive in This Role If You You’re detail-obsessed about accuracy and protecting delicate products You show a Servant’s Heart—reliable, responsive, and guest-first You own your route with urgency and a Champion mindset You communicate warmly and clearly, even when plans change You stay organized, self-motivated, and calm in a fast-paced day You’re adaptable with traffic, weather, and last-minute priorities Essential Experience 21+ years old Valid driver’s license (non-negotiable) with a clean driving record (no moving violations) Previous delivery driver experience Comfortable maneuvering and parking with safe, confident driving habits Proficient with GPS and routing systems Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Ready to Build Something Beautiful?
