VP, HR Data Products & Strategy

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Vice President Data Product Manager to lead a portfolio of HR data products. You will define multi-year roadmaps, set OKRs, and align stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery from discovery through launch and adoption.
You will champion data governance, quality, and self-service, enabling HR and business teams to turn data into faster, better decisions while collaborating with BI, AI/ML, and Data Engineering teams across the firm.
