Logistics CoordinatorThe Logistics Coordinator supports shipping, receiving, inventory, and vendor operations for a campus location. This individual will work closely with workplace operations and laboratory teams to ensure scientific shipments, supplies, and inventory are handled accurately, safely, and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.Coordinate outgoing shipments and carrier pickups.Handle temperature-sensitive and time-sensitive scientific deliveries.Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.Replenish laboratory stockrooms and supply areas.Process vendor returns and shipment discrepancies.Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders.Support day-to-day workplace and logistics operations.Required Qualifications1-3 years of experience in logistics, shipping & receiving, inventory management, or vendor coordination.Strong communication and customer service skills.Experience maintaining inventory records and tracking shipments.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.Preferred QualificationsExperience in biotech, healthcare, laboratory, or research environments.Experience handling temperature-sensitive materials.Cycle counting and stockroom management experience.Vendor returns/RMA experience.Experience with procurement or site access software.Pallet jack experience.
