We believe in taking responsibility for our actions, celebrating our unique Hawaiian culture, providing personable service, striving for excellence, and paying attention to detail.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Lead the execution of the brand dailyCompetent in all FOH & BOH positionResponsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH & BOHResponsible for Same Store Sales growthResponsible for line speed to be measured using transaction timesServe as primary point of contact for all customer service matters and responsible for overall customer reviewsHandle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Mo’ Bettahs standardsAttend weekly meeting with General Manager, Off- Premise Coordinator, and Certified TrainerReview weekly employee schedulesAssist General Manager to complete weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffing guide, Compeat , online ordering, inventory, etc.Have a thorough knowledge of the Mo’ Bettahs cultureFollow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, security, and maintain a neat and clean appearanceAdhere to and ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbookPerform other duties as assignedWHAT YOU’LL NEED:Live by and possess the Mo' Bettahs ValuesExemplifies the aloha spirit with our customers, team members, and vendorsExceptional attention to detai lCollaborative, growth mindset and partnership orientedExcellent verbal and written communicationAble to motivate and lead staffWillingness to obtain trainings and obtain certifications as neededAbility to multitask and complete tasks in a timely , accurate mannerValid driver’s licenseRegular and predictable attendanceBe at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED1-2 year’s work experience at Mo’ Bettahs or other restaurantBasic experience with computers, ie . Microsoft Suite, emailWORKING CONDITIONS:Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required toascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds,bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May berequired to work on a computer for extended periods of time including viewing the screen,using a mouse and manipulating a keyboard with hands, reaching with arms. May be asked todrive or travel by car, air or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able tofunction effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to workresponsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/orover-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the essentialfunctions of the job.
