Part Time | Day Shift | 7a-3p | $28.50-$32/hour

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering individualized care, responding to changes in resident condition, and maintaining accurate and detailed records. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with activities of daily living

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs

• Monitor resident conditions and report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse or other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective care

• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Pennsylvania

• Completion of a practical nursing program or equivalent education and training

• Minimum 0 years of experience as an LPN (entry-level candidates welcome to apply)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
