Responsibilities * Collect, record, and maintain patient information, including: Medical histories, Reports, and Examination results* Manage and treat patients within scope of practice.* Analyze records, reports, test results, and examination information to diagnose medical conditions.* Interpret test data or images to inform diagnosis or treatment.* Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients.* Monitor patient conditions and progress, reevaluating treatments as necessary.* Provide reliable, high-value, and evidence-based medicine supported by education and research.* Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to track patient visits and information related to physician/patient encounters.* Perform Evaluation and Management (E/M) coding for physicians.
