Job Summary Provides therapeutic occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed therapist, following a written plan of care to achieve established goals. Responsibilities include delivering treatment, participating in discharge planning, and communicating patient progress and findings in accordance with licensure, scope of practice, and departmental policies. May supervise clinical students, support staff, and volunteers, fostering a caring environment that promotes health and healing. Performs additional duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities Administers treatment under supervision of a licensed occupational therapist Contributes to discharge planning, including patient/family education, follow-up, and community resource referrals Supports staff and student development Engages in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery Completes assigned goals efficiently Qualifications & Skills Experience relevant to the role Minimum education and training in occupational therapy assistant programs Basic computer literacy skills Licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice BLS certification within 14 days of hire #J-18808-Ljbffr Medical Office Force, LLC
