This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety standards.Needs:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management, strongly desired5+ years as an Estimator within Civil Construction ProjectsFamiliarity with Caltrans, BART, Underground, Paving, Grading projectsAGTEK, Bluebeam, Take-Off, Primavera/P6, HCSS/Heavy Bid - Construction Software proficiencyAbility to travel to job sites as needed in the areaRFI submittal knowledge, Agency familiarity, Contractors, etc.
