Clarke Gallagher Barbiero Amuso & Glassman Law is seeking an experienced personal injury paralegal with 58 years of hands-on experience supporting attorneys in all phases of personal injury matters. The role involves working on a broad range of cases, preference to plaintiff side experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while adhering to strict litigation deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and related documentation
• Prepare detailed medical chronologies and case summaries for attorney review
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and demand letters
• Manage and track case deadlines, including court filings and discovery schedules
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel
• Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including exhibit organization
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files in both physical and electronic formats
• Handle all aspects of discovery, including document production and interrogatories
• Communicate effectively with clients, demonstrating professionalism and empathy

Qualifications

• 58 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and deadlines
• Experience handling a variety of personal injury cases
• Ability to analyze and summarize complex medical records
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (proficiency with NetDocuments a plus but not required)
