ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Aaron May - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Educate clients on various insurance products and services offered by State Farm.
• Participate in training and development programs to stay current on industry trends and State Farm products.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure client needs are met and service standards are maintained.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 
• Ability to obtain appropriate insurance licenses in the state of Ohio.
