Job Details Our client is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Temporary Controller to support both the Corporate and Project Accounting teams during a key leadership transition. In this highly visible role, you will oversee a variety of accounting functions including property accounting, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, lease accounting, development accounting, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact within a collaborative commercial real‑estate organization. Key Responsibilities Support corporate and property accounting operations. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Review and oversee CAM reconciliations and lease accounting. Support development accounting and project‑related financial activities. Assist with month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Partner with accounting leadership on special projects and process improvements. Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
