Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/29/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary The organization is seeking a highly qualified Outpatient Physical Therapist in Fort Worth, Texas. Candidates will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and ensure documentation is accurate and timely. Candidates are required to bring their professional license on the first day of work. Job Details Location: Fort Worth, Texas Schedule: 8-9 hour shifts on Monday and Thursday, with an additional 4-6 hours on Friday; candidates must be agreeable to working 4 x 10 hours, or 3 x 10 hours plus 2 x 5 hours, totaling 40 hours per week Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1 or more years of outpatient clinical experience; current CPR certification; active or applicable license for the state of Texas; ability to complete all state‑mandated continuing education requirements; adherence to discipline‑specific State Practice Act and professional code of conduct Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with agency assignments and with the organization is highly desirable Additional Information: The role involves completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment plans with clinical reasoning, ensuring accurate documentation, participating in student programs, and engaging in ongoing professional development.
