You will play a crucial role in processing client shipments by creating customs entries, as well as managing warehouse functions (shipping/receiving). This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop foundational skills in customs regulations, and supply chain management while contributing to the efficiency and security of our logistics network. This position is in office and must be comfortable working in a warehouse enviornment. The role comes with training, no experience needed KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments which could include all modes of transportation. Ensure the efficiency of our warehouse. Performing shipping, receiving and coordination of freight. Data entry of shipment information for release (NSC), rating and billing and ensuring that all mandatory fields are completed and accurate. Verify documentation for release conditions, compliance and rating compliance (e.g., free trade certificates). Ensure that all LI,I SOP's, ESPs (Exceptions to Standard Procedures) and business rules are adhered to following special client instructions, notes and alerts. Identifies those that have become outdated or ineffective, making recommendations for change. Complete work in accordance with client and customs requirements as assigned by the Production Manager / Manager, Release Operations in compliance with Customs requirements Livingston standards. Endeavor to utilize and take advantage of system automation tools that are available to support release processing. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Adhere to established policies and procedures. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills Client Service oriented -- interpersonal skills with internal/external clients and coworkers Ability to handle large volumes and meet tight deadlines Attention to detail; organization, completeness and accuracy Good analytical skills with problem-solving ability Ability to make decisions and recommendations within authorized limitations Ability to present a professional image. Base salary is one component of our total rewards package which also includes incentive opportunities, benefits, and professional development. Salary ranges are established by location and reflect relevant factors such as skills, experience, and market conditions. The good-faith salary range for this position is16.50-23.00 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on these factors and may vary accordingly.
